Job description

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer M/F to support us in our growth.

Main missions:

  • Analysis of recruitment needs
  • Search and selection of CVs of our future consultants (Bac + 5, Engineer)
  • Conducting interviews
  • Follow-up of applications
  • Preparation of weekly meetings (presentation of candidates, participation in decision-making on recruitments, etc.)
  • Establishment of school partnerships
  • Participation in job fairs
  • Implementation of HR projects in the field of training, communication or legal.
Profile sought

Graduate of business school or university training specialized HR, you have at least 3 years of experience in the field of Recruitment,

Imperatively in IT services company, preferably in the banking / finance sector.

Your interpersonal skills, your dynamism and your autonomy are essential assets to succeed in this function.

You are also proficient in computer tools.

Type of remuneration: Fixed salary + recruitment bonuses

    Max 8 files accepted : PDF, DOC, JPEG, 2Mo max per file.
