This allows us to retain and motivate our employees. All employees with more than 3 months of seniority are concerned.<\/p>\n<p class=\"red\"><strong>In 2021, more than \u20ac190K was distributed to all our employees.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"red\">For example, an employee whose salary was \u20ac45,000 received \u20ac1,245 gross participation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Participatory bonuses<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Co-optation premium <\/strong>of up to \u20ac2,500 depending on the co-opted profile.
